It is another Groundhog Day and, once again, that leads to some meteorological confusion. The Pennsylvania rodent predicts an early spring while another prophetic rodent, closer to us, has seen his shadow and predicted 6 more weeks of winter. One big rat or the other seriously needs a weather Ouija Board.
According to the local forecast, mentioned above, it appears that spring will arrive here next week.
