I admit I had no clue who they were until their massive mainstream hit album "1984". I was only 12 at the time so that's my valid excuse. smile

I was 10 in 1978 when their debut released. Heard Runnin' With The Devil blasting from my friends older brother's Camaro. I drastically altered my musical taste. They remain my second favorite band to this day.

I'm pretty sure "Panama" was the very first video I saw of theirs on MTV. I remember being excited by the flying WWI biplane in the very beginning of the video. biggrin

I never did care much for MTV (Much Music in Canada) . The only videos I ever really liked are live performances.
