https://www.pcgamesn.com/paradox-harebrained-schemesInteresting development, esp if they follow the Paradox model for DLC,to me it bodes well for the future of Battletech!
Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty. This is known as "bad luck.” -Robert Heinlein

Check this out: As a token to welcome all fans of Harebrained Schemes to the Paradox family, Paradox will give a complimentary copy of Stellaris, the sci-fi grand strategy game from Paradox Development Studio, to every player who backed BATTLETECH on Kickstarter. For further details on this new arrangement, Wester and Weisman will appear on a live-streamed presentation and Q&A session in the near future on the Paradox Interactive Twitch channel, found at https://www.twitch.tv/paradoxinteractive.From here Paradox forum

Interesting! I wonder if I can swap/trade/sell that copy for something else?

Yeah same here. Nice gesture on their part though.

Moar Enemy Mechs, less stinking fake 3 PPC "mission adjusters".
Oh, and a kill the freakin whining girl switch.
"Oh my internals are taking a beating" might be good for a chuckle for some, just becomes repetitive boring noise to me after watching a bad guy blown to smithereens, a total fail cascade of: Initiative ZERO
OMG you just blew my nuts away!
"OK, I got a headshot for you...and a headshot for you too!
Did I miss?

Look for me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Tic Toc...or anywhere you may frequent, besides SimHq, on the Global Scam Net. Aka, the internet. I am not there, never have been or ever will be, but the fruitless search may be more gratifying then the "content" you might otherwise be exposed to.

I've come so close to buying Stellaris before when it was on sale, but didn't pull the trigger on it. I don't get into the large scale management political/resource finding games as much as I would like when I buy them. Free however...not bad, so I'm glad to give it a go if this happens. Certainly a popular game. Should be a positive development so far.

Stellaris is now on your backer goodies page if you were a contributor. Steam key, so I guess you can do what you want with it. I’ve been looking forward to trying this out.

Oh, I thought you meant BattleTech. Does anyone know if you can sell/gift your version of Solaris?

It's just a steam code, do what you want with it. Whoever uses it is just going to "activate a game on steam". It isn't a purchase, so you can't gift it through steam directly.
