Reading that article it appears it was at just 1 cinema, to put it into perspective. I thought the film was very good and if you read the film description like I did,you don't get what you were expecting (sort of).

It's true that it was only showing at one theater but 3 tickets sold in total is still miserable.

I often went to afternoon screenings of movies on at least three occasions i was the only person there had the whole theatre to my self it was actually pretty cool.

Yes but at least in the US it made almost half a million dollars! That's huge by comparison.

That's what me and my brother did once. We had the main screen to ourselves when he persuaded me to go and see Death Race 2000. After watching it I realised why we were the only ones there.

I'm more entertained by the complete lack of editing of that article. Isn't that a well known site?
Those aren't grammar nazi level errors either, they must have submitted that article straight from their phone.

This is becoming de rigeur nowadays. Spelling, grammar, even "making sense" has fallen by the wayside.

The new definition of journalist is "someone who writes about stuff that happened". That appears to be the limit of the qualifications.

For editor, it's "someone who can collect a paycheck" since they don't seem to do anything beyond that.

Unfortunately that seems to be the case nowadays Jedi. I often wonder if some of these 'news' articles are proof-read or they just don't care or they really are illiterate.

Shia's right. We will not be divided. We all hate his work.

It's probably considered to be anti ethnically diverse / too pro western civilization to be too grammatically correct by some these days.

Actually, the worst offenders are those with bylines like "Frank Williams". I find better writing from those with names I can't pronounce.

It also seems to be age related. If they're under 30, it's just awful.

No one likes him. I pray for him though. He's a very angry kid.

it was a great film and really opened my eyes to PTSD, sad he's been black listed that bad because he's such a nut case.

He had a great start with a lot of big opportunities. I thought he was a relatively good actor. Just couldn't handle it, one way or the other. There's room in Hollywood for nuts, they have plenty of them making big bucks, but they have the right control people around them. He doesn't seem to have that support system.

Shia's huge mistake is that he bad mouthed Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay just as he was becoming an A list actor. It was downhill ever since then.

He also seemed to have assumed he was a bigger star than he was. He was in the first 3 Transformers films and Eagle Eye and after that he felt he could write his own ticket.

Lots of comments about him being strangled as an artist and other woe-is-me crap combined with too much drinking/partying and of course the rants against Bay and company.

Megan Fox was almost as bad but she surprisingly wizened up and made nice with Bay and he put her in his Ninja Turtle flicks. She'll never be an A-lister herself either, but at least she mended her bridges after setting fire to them.

Shia set them ablaze, dumped a tanker of gasoline on it, rammed the tanker into the supports, and publicly shamed the daughter of its builder.
