Nice collection of cars comes with the house.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

The whole place is dedicated to "why?" and excess. Why not a non-functioning chopper to go with the cars too valuable to be driven? Someone else's taste built it, decorated it, added collectibles the owner didn't choose...it's all window dressing.
Reminds me of the Count of Monte Cristo when he just needs the estate and house for a prop. Take the money and just walk away.

I wonder what the property tax bill would be for that house? Lol Jedi is right but it is about 3/4% to 1.5% percent of the sale price depending on the county. So roughly 2 to 4 million per year. Proposition 13 limits the amount the rate your taxes can be increased annually too so you won't see a huge jump in the taxes even if the property doubles or triples in value. Wheels
