Does the aft fins move some how ? Fins are opening after leaving the container, than depending on the missile speed they ...

Air pressure on the wings (I do not find the correct English word) makes free spinning around the missile body. Actually the opposite happens. The aft fin section rolls in ball bearings to the missile body. K1 and K2 steers the front canards which introduce a spin to the missile body. The aft lolling fins remain steady because of the drag . This happens in order to minimize the rolling diameter of missile flight path.
