I've been trying to run the scripted campaigns, I can play the first mission of each campaign and successfully complete it, but the game won't let me continue onto the next mission.

I have all the necessary planes and campaigns purchased and active in the game.

I think the debriefing screen has some clues to the problem. It reports my name as "nick" and my plane as "plane" with all my results as placeholder data. E.g. Primary objective: $[Status], Mission time: $[totalTime]

I don't have this probably with the career mode, quick missions or any other mode, where it appropriately displays my profile name and records my results.

Any help please? I've been searching but no one else seems to have this problem.

It appears there are issues with the master server not recording your results and therefore you're not able to progress. There's been some issues on and off for the past several days and this is one of the symptoms. The team are aware of it and are working to find out what the cause is and then a solution. Yes, it sucks right now but hang in there!
