In one of the manuals it's stated "meter-wavelength acquisition radars (P-12 / P-
18), giving not so detailed picture but virtually immune to anti-radiation missiles
"

My quick question is, why are they virtually immune to anti-radiation missiles?

Because HARM receiving antena is too small to follow meter bandwidth... Probably Hpasp could do a nice diagram to explain it better.. wink

It appears that HARM's lower frequency limit is 500 MHz. Meter-wave radars operate on frequencies lower than 200 MHz.
