It starred Terrence Hill and Henry Fonda. I loved it as a kid. Any body else remember this?

Wasn't there even a second "Nobody" movie made? The your mentioning was definitely great. Actually, My Name is Nobody, They Call Me Trinity, Trinity is Still My Name, and perhaps some other Trinity-based titles that were only released in Europe.

I definatly watched (and loved) "My name is nobody" in the cinema when I was a teen. Watched some others too for sure.
What amazes me, is the fact those weren`t released in the US, as I just learned. Never knew that.
Was the popularity of the Italo- and Spaghetti-Westerns a European thing only?

Karsten Definitely not but I do remember reading an article about how all of the major US film studios were becoming less interested in making Westerns starting in the 60's so more and more of them were being filmed in other countries and financed by foreign film studios (to some extent).

'The good, The bad, And the ugly'
This movie was made by a Italian director (Sergio Leone) but filmed in Spain.
The three main characters (Eastwood and such) spoke English but the rest of the actors spoke in their native languages and had their voices dubbed out into English.
One of the best Italian westerns was 'Once upon a time in the west'.
Best Italian western spoof? 'Rustlers Rhapsody'.
Andy Griffith comment about the new hired guns being better than them because they always wore those long dusters even though it was hotter than heck and they had better background music. LOL

'The good, The bad, And the ugly'
That's my favorite Western of all time. And we must not forget that the composer of the film was also Italian! Morricone is a genius.
