I had a colonoscopy today, the worst part was the gallon of colon wash I had to drink. good to be able to eat again. great anesthesia out like a light until procedure was over, got dressed and out the door in less than an hour. pictures all good and won't need another for ten years.
Great news.
But let me add, don't totally trust that ten years pronouncement. How old are you? I had my first colonoscopy at 48 years old, I got the same "see you in ten years" result. I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer 6 years later, had i not paid attention to my symptoms I would have been dead prior to the ten years being up. .
