I'm just getting started so apologies for a basic question! I've scoured the forum but can't find an answer.
I've bound my TM Warthog stick & throttle, and Saitel pedals, in 'Workshops', and deleted all the unnecessary bindings too.
When I get to fly, full forward on the throttle only gives me 66% engine revs. This is not helpful for clearing the trees at the end of the field!
Changing the 'scale' value doesn't seem to help. and I can't find anything else to fiddle about with.
Heaven forfend I should have to invoke TM's TARGET software, I stopped programming TM's sticks when 'Foxy' stopped being the programming language of choice about 20 years ago....
Could some kind soul sort me out?
Many thanks
Alan

Hi Polovski, thanks for picking this up. So I've got ailerons elevators and rudder all working correctly, after some editing of bindings. If I disconnect the Saitek pedals (which do have toe brakes) I still only get 66% on throttle. Reconnect pedals. Warthog throttle is bound to Z axis only, after editing. In 'Diagnostics' I get these values(throttle back/throttle forward): X axis 5000/5000; Y axis 5000/5000; Z axis 10000/3473; Rz axis (which I thought was bound to pedals?) 10000/3427; Slider0 5000/5000 Changing the scaling has no effect. I can't see a way in the Workshop to calibrate the throttle ie tell it (or have it detect) what the maximum and minimum values are, and I guess it doesn't work this way. Is the answer to set up one of these 'virtual joystick' things - which I have no experience of but can learn. I'm surprised there aren't other TM Warthog WOFF palyers who've solved this one. Best wishes Alan PS it might be helpful if I added my rig, version of WOFF etc in my signature so I'll have a go at that

Oh ... bugger.
I knew there was something odd - why is it stopping at 66% not 65% or 67%?
Answer - on the Warthog there's a physical military afterburner detente and you have to lift the throttle over it..... I've hardly used it since I abandoned my TM Cougar, which didn't have one.
Doing that changes the 'diagnostics' full forward value to 0, and in free flight the engine revs whizz up to 100%. Hooray!
I'm so sorry I wasted your time Polovski!
Maybe some other idiot will read this and save being embarrassed!
I'm off flying.
regards
Alan

Cheers Polovski!
And just in case in the future someone else as dumb as me is reading this and scratching their head, in fact you can undo two allen screws on the throttle, lift up a metal keeper plate, reverse a plastic widget, replace the plate, and you've removed the afterburner detent altogether. Quite cool really.
