I want to try today with the second monitor ( dual monitor ) to verify the stutterings.
But i didn't use before dual monitor. How could i play on the 4K Samsung, and on the same time, to have the Task Manager open, on the second monitor ?!
Thank you

Bronx, what resolution are you running WOFF at? 4K gaming is tough to do unless you have an extremely high end video card (GTX 980 ti, etc). Just trying to push all those pixels can lead to some stuttering - especially late war.

I have a 4K LED G-Sync monitor and I still only run at 2K using my 780 ti because it's 3GB of RAM limits my smooth gameplay in some situations. I'm hoping to fix that with the next generation of Nvidia cards, code named Pascal.

The resolution is 3840 x 2160, i tried with the graphic settings as low as possible
And i tried with 2560 x 1440 also, but still stutterings. I'm getting tired to try.

Do they happen more often at certain places and years? For instance, does it stutter behind your lines in 1916? Does it stutter more often late in the war while over the front?

Have you tried setting Regional Air Activity to Very Light in the Workshop to see if that helps at all?

I try ONLY with Quick Combat / Quick Scenarios / and i have only a german pilot.
Believe it or not, i didn't even start a campaign. And i won't, until i fix the stutterings. It's not fun to play it this way.
The stutterings occurs 90 % - 95 % when i turn fast / very fast, the aircraft and i try to get behind the enemy plane ( one single enemy aircraft )
As i said before, i tried with the settings as low as possible. Even the resolution 2560 x 1440.

Are you using TrackIR? Have you tried hitting Q to turn off all sound and notice if the stuttering goes away then?

If it's happening in QC then it's definitely not due to too many AI planes in the air. Your system isn't being over-taxed so something somewhere is just not configured in a way that it likes. We need to track down what that is by eliminating what it's not.

First try turning off sound with Q.
If that doesn't do it, try turning off the DX9 shaders.

I'm presuming of course that you aren't talking about the loading stutters when you first enter into WOFF and it's still loading textures. Have to give it a few seconds to load all that stuff first.

And i tried to turn off DX9 shaders, but still the same.
I repet just to make sure i explain it right : this happent when i play Quick Combat or Quick Scenarios

Ok cool. Are they "micro stutters" or does WOFF turn into a slideshow? How long do they last when they happen?

You have a 980 Ti. Can you do a shadowplay video of them happening so that I can see exactly whats happening and post it on youtube? I hate stutters and I want to get this resolved for you.

When the microstutters occurs, it is very very fast
From 60 fps to 48 - 50 - 52 but we are talking here about miliseconds smile
And then back to 60 fps, very fast.
No, no slideshow, only micro stutters.
I will try to record a video now.
Be right back

What when you limit the FPS to 58 FPS in Nvidia Inspector? Or limit the FPS lower than 48 FPS (if this is the lowest you get?)

It's very weird, but i can't record with ShadowPlay.
Never had this issue before. I have the latest nVidia / GFE /driver

@Lausbub78, i tried to limit the FPS in nVidia Inspector
59
55
50
48
44
40
The same stutterings.
Some software / services / drivers / settings / are the culprit.

I just played now the Quick Scenarios from the game, default, called LARGE DOGFIGHT! - Fokker DVIIs vs Snipes and Se5as
It is impossible to play, the FPS went back to 25.

Have you tried a Quick Combat with just you and no other planes in a free flight mode?

For a reference

Aside from turning on Gsync on my Nvidia I do not think I have made any other settings changes.
