These represent states where they have physical locations. �Arizona �California �Connecticut �Florida �Georgia �Indiana �Kansas �Kentucky �Maryland �North Dakota �Massachusetts �Pennsylvania �Minnesota �Tennessee �Nevada �Texas �New Jersey �Virginia �New York �Washington �North Carolina �West Virginia �Wisconsin Luckily, my state isn't on the list yet. Yay me!. Cheers Artillery adds dignity to what would otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

Amazon has physical locations with warehouses and distribution hubs, with plans to open up more located all over the US. So other brick and mortar retailers will argue that Amazon for no reason got an unfair competitive advantage.

Not on that list either, but we still have to pay VAT/BTW (Value Added Tax/ Belasting Toegevoegde Waarde(Burden Added Value)) on anything bought from Amazon. Dependant on which country you buy from depends in how much tax you pay, so, if I buy from Amazon UK then I pay VAT @ 20% or if I buy from Amazon.de then it is 19%, there is no Belgian Amazon but the tax rate here is 21%.
