Thought I was buying WOFF for 59.99 dollars (36 quid) and when I get to page to enter card number, I find that there's another 8 quid or so to pay in VAT.
Thats a bit sneaky innit. Will the same thing apply with the skins pack as well?

Order page should specify the fact that WOFF costs 59.99 dollars + VAT not 59.99 dollars.

*whinge over*

Problem is it varies across the world, in the US there is no tax for example, but as always when you go pay you can see the totals before paying.

So the citizens of rip off Britain end up paying more for things than Americans do yet again.

Awwww nice! biggrin

Mind you, in the interests of fairness, whats stopping you from changing the price for those of us from countries that have to pay extras like V.A.T.

LeazesNDR, I assume you're joking. We're not responsible for your tax policy, just as you haven't been responsible for ours since 1783.

Firefox works just fine for me.

I'm not joking at all so shush.
There's no reason at all why we should have to pay an extra 13 dollars than you for WOFF, especially as we were fighting that war 3 years before you. biggrin

As a Yank, I can confirm I only spent $59.99 and not a cent more in taxes. Not to rub it in or anything, just confirming that pricing will vary by country/state.

Before this gets too far afield, I'd like to say to the developers, the composer and all the skin artists: if you're ever in my area, look me up. I'll stand you a round. We've waited for this for 3 years and know it is a labor of love. Well done and thanks. cheers

I expect there'll be a lot of kids staying up part their bedtime tonight.
