Newest patch took sim back to the regular format instead of 1140X900 dimensions of my monitor.I know there is a config somewhere to re-adjust to this screen size...I 've just forgotten where it is- help please...

In your Rise of Flight > Data > Startup.cfg, at the bottom of [KEY = graphics] section;
win_height = 900
win_width = 1140

hi guys-i got half screen with new patch-went tostartup cfg and found the height and width file-changed it to 900 and 1140 but i get message"windows cannot change this make sure path is correct"
I get this same thing on Hyperlobby trying to enlarge the lobby screen.
Must be summat simple --but appreciate any help-cant fly RoF on half a screen!

I just noticed something today that I had overlooked since the last update.
In my launcher > Settings > Screen Resolution > Fullscreen Mode the box was unticked.
I know it had been ticked before the update.
Maybe that has something to do with your problem.
I have left mine as is, since my game is working in fullscreen mode regardless of what the box says.

Hi Tailflamer--thx for that one-thebox was unchecked after the update-and now got the widescreen back.
But I still gotta sort out why I cant get into the cfg file--I get error message"Cannot create the C\prog files\RoF\data\startup cfg file"---any ideas?
