Some of the best campaigns are at PMC Tactical, specifically the PMC Baltic dynamic campaign, and PMC Fury.

btw I'm currently playing the Baltic campaign using the FFSX2007 2.5.5 mod and the immersion and battlefield combat coupled with the excellent scripting and campaign engine that PMC put together makes for a highly engrossing and fluid battlefield actions, certainly the best campaign I ever played on OFP, for that matter any combat FPS. Please note that the Baltic campaign requires the COC addons which allow for multiple group command and control. Check it out, it's awesome.

Yes, the VTE 0.4 for OFP is by far the best and is even better when played with Solus's SLX mod, see below.

SLX Mod

By far the best two campaigns avaliable are the FDF Mod campaign(forgot the title) and the Battle over Hokkaido Mod short campaign titled "Brothers" (which I'm replaying through again now) both are highly immersive with new units and aren't the same ol USA vs Russkies scenarios, I especially like the FDF campaign as it actually has you involved in two seperate conflicts the only draw back is that it was never finished and your left with a cliffhanger type to be continued ending.
