I had some problems running BoB on my old desktop (if you search the forums here, probably can find it) and never was able to really play. Well, recently I got a new laptop and it got me thinking, will I be able to play Bob there? So, here I am asking what you think... will it be able to run? This are the specs:

VISTA Home Premium
AMD Turion™ 64 X2 mobile technology TL-56 at 1.8GHz
2GB RAM
120GB HD
NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 (UMA)with up to 288MB shared video memory

I hope I can, I hope I can \:\)

Thanks!

Should IMO work. CPU and memory are good. gfx chip has shader model 3, which is completely enough.

The only possible issue is the shared memory. Theoretically the computer could decide "Oh lets give 40MB to the gfx card and the rest of the 2GB to the CPU". In that case BoB would crash, ABSOLUTE minimum is 64 MB, but really it only works with more than 64 MB. However I think, especially as BoB does not use 2 GB main mem, in practice, this will never happen. The issue is simple that it's not so much how much mem the gfx can maximally get, but how much they get as minimum.

Thanks! Well, I will give it a try this weekend then. What are the preferred install steps? I have the cd for the install, but how about patches, etc?
