So I'm flying on the Syndicate server and I see some specks out over the channel and make heading to intercept, pretty soon each of the three dots becomes three dots, perhaps a flight of Bombers? no now there is separation, three vics maybe, they are starting to get hard to see and I'm thinking they are getting away no, now they are darker... each of the three sets of three dots now is just one and now they are ..gone? WTF! I look behind me, they're behind me? I turn and try to intercept and the same thing happens this.. is.. just weird and along with that I see ships on the shoreline through clouds and terrain making them sometimes appear to be above the clouds, anyone have this experience?
Exactly what happened to me last night, flew on the syndicate server for the first time and ended up flying in circles chasing dissapearing dots for about an hour. By the time I found a bomber group that didn't dissapear I greedily gobbled up a bombers six. By the time I pulled up to prepare for another pass I wondered why I didn't take any fire from the rear gunner, and then it dawned on me, it was a Blenny! Cue much embarrassment, especially when about five minutes later my error was anounced to the whole server....
in my defence it was dusk/I had been drinking/it was very late/my dog ate my homework etc..
