I am thinking about buying 3 curved 32" monitors for my new simulator. Has anyone had any experience using curved monitors for simming?

I have a standard 16:9 32" 1440p center monitor. Given the width and the height, I really feel little need to enable Eyefinity for most games. And, my Eyefinity is 48" across and curved. That is, it would be wider if I did not have the side monitors angled towards me. But, only 32" with 16:9 height fills my field of view adequately.
Typically curved monitors are thinner top to bottom. 32" curved may not be tall enough. Looking at my setup, I think I would want something like 42" curved. Of course, two more 27" monitors across your field of view would be special -- particularly for Flight Simulators.
In the picture, the doorway is 48". The side monitors are angled in (in effect, curved). Eye filling in Eyefinity. But, the 32 is enough for me, lately -- for RPGs, Action. For a flight simulation, I like the wrap around 48" Eyefinity.
Just an opinion. Of course, wait to see how folks who have the actual 32" curved feel.

You're conflating curved with ultrawide. There are plenty of 16:9 curved monitors available.
A curved surround setup should be great for sims, the angle between screens being less prominent. I'd certainly consider it if I were in your position. 3x 2560x1440 might put a bit of strain on the 770s though, assuming you won't want to compromise on resolution while increasing screen size.
Edit: Having said that I can't find any evidence of a curved 2560x1440 panel existing.
The curved monitors I am looking at are 1920x1080. I was hoping somebody has the same setup I am looking at because I am wondering if I should place each monitor to continue the curve or angle the right and left monitor in closer.

I would assume that's a personal preference. My own (flat) triples have the side monitors at about 30 deg from the centre, but curved monitors aren't anywhere near that bent.
If I were to hazard a guess, it would be that arranging them to make a continuous curve would result in too flat a display that doesn't give the same impression of 'surrounding' you. Probably just a case of finding a compromise.
I just ordered 3 Samsung 32" flat screen monitors. Can't wait to see my sim in action. I will be using them on my second system with a GTS 960-4GB
