I watched the episode titled "Miri" from the first season of ST:TOS.
I was shocked to find out that the actress who played Miri was 18 when the episode was shot. She looked liked she was 12-13.

Yes, as opposed to those 50s films where you had "teens" played by actors getting ready for their first prostate exams and their parents were ready to enter nursing homes.

It was far more stylized than I remembered, and also had a pretty simple story, more so than even Dumbo. Definitely see the themes later fleshed out for Lion King, though.

You have my condolences Top Gun.

Like I said, I've seen far worse movies with her... Some her choices, some mine.
We watched this movie a few weeks ago, it was terrible and impossible to keep up with. Even seeing Olivia Wilde naked didn't help. Huge cast like this I expected far better...
Liam Neeson Maria Bello Mila Kunis Kim Basinger Adrien Brody Olivia Wilde
I've never even heard of that movie and I usually stay on top of what's happening at the box office.

I'm currently watching the first season of Star Trek: TOS
The show has held up darn well after almost 50 years!

TNG season 2 is next after I finish season 1 of TOS.

I'm sorry to say S2 is overall lesser than S1, although it has some gems that are individually better than any S1 eps, but you need to pass through it to get to the real good stuff in the later years.
I really want to buy the BD sets, but they're so pricey, there's 7 of them, and the space they need...

I just checked on Amazon and the first season is 36 bucks but all of the other seasons are in the $50's range. WTF?

neither one of us saw a trailer in the movie theater for this and I go to a ton of movies. We saw it on a disk trailer so we're wondering if it was an independent movie? Found some others that weren't bad though.
