I bought a Cougar HOTAS from WingWart. Everything was packaged well and sent promptly! +1 for WingWart! Great guy to deal with. Your stuff have nice shipping materials? Mine did. WingWart labeled everything, had every piece in the 4870/3870 box, was very patient and had some helpful hints and pieces, turning one upgrade into three, with a simple wave of his timely hand. i just received an Alienware M14x laptop that i purchased from Magnum. he gave me a great deal on a nice laptop and even included a carrying case, neoprene sleeve, and Plantronics headset with it. the laptop is like new and was well packaged, and delivered quickly. two thumbs up for Magnum!
