Does anyone know of a confirmed plane list for the game? I have been going through screen shots trying to pick out every different type of plane I can see and came up with this list. It probably is not very accurate as some of the planes are only in half a frame of a video. Lets see if we can pick out all the planes.

Confirmed planes are linked
Unconfirmed Flyable planes have linked cockpit pictures
Unconfirmed planes are listed with no link
Note: Pictures do not reflect the final product and or guarantee the plane will be in the game.

British
Bristol F2B Fighter
D.H.4
D.H.9
F.E.2b
Handley Page 0/400
R.E.8
S.E.5a, Cockpit
Sopwith Camel
Sopwith Dolphin
Sopwith Pup
Sopwith Snipe
Sopwith Triplane, Cockpit

French
Breguet 14
Nieuport 17, Cockpit
Nieuport 28
Spad VII, Cockpit
Spad XIII, Cockpit

German
Albatros D.III
Albatros D.V/D.Va
DFW C.V
Fokker D.VII, Cockpit
Fokker Dr.I, Cockpit
Gotha G.V
Halberstadt Cl.II
Pfalz D.III/IIIa
Pfalz D.XII
Roland D.VI
Rumpler C.IV
SSW D.III

Other:
British Observation Balloon
German Observation Balloon
British Mark A Whippet Tank
British Mark IV Tank ~54 seconds in
French Renault FT-17/18
French Schneider CA1 Tank
German A7V Tank

If I have linked the wrong picture to the wrong plane please cuss me out and point out the error!

There were plenty of aircraft externals, some textured some just wire frame, displayed by the devs in the KOTS days. Most of the old screens are archived at this link. I'm not sure why the dev's don't have them posted on the new site, they look very good even though some of them are a couple of years old.

I'll leave it to others to come up with a possible AI aircraft list, I'm not that good at WW1 aircraft ID's smile

I am going back through and linking the planes with screenshots I have found. It will be harder to do so with videos but it might still be possible. FlyRetired, can you link any of those planes to screenshots?

We see that Master, and that'll be cool!

I think it's probably better if you guys access what's been archived from the previews, I could get confused and embarass myself.

The only thing is, as you dig, and the older the screenshots are, the less they'll look like the finished product. This might be why some of these older views aren't officially archived (they're even better looking now). Smile2

Well this isnt the "official plane list" so old screen shots will be acceptable in my opinion. smile

I am also going to go back through and any plane that I can find a cockpit view of will have it's cockpit posted so that we know which ones "might" be flyable.

Nice idea, might be good as a sticky too!

Master, the Nieuport 23 will look just like the N.17 (I'm not sure if the N.17bis, or the N.23bis were ever previewed).

Master,

Here's a pair that hasn't made the list.

Whoops, I told you I'd embarrass myself!

Master, here's one you might want to use with the Nieuport 17.

Master, if you incorporate all this info in your first posting then I think this thread will deserve a sticky.

It has all be updated sofar. Looks like we hit this hard with a group effort and have almost all of FlyRetired's list fleshed out. Keep an eye out for those last few planes the next time you revisit some of the videos.

Oh dear, they have developed quite a number of aircraft over the years! I better save up some cash because I'm going to buy all of em!
Are there going to be package deals? Buy two Albatros and get a Halberstadt for free? wink
