Hi, I'm trying to map a smooth zoom in il-2. This is possible using an axis, but I don't have a spare one. Can I map the microstick or a hat to emulate this?

Ideally, the microstick would control the axis with speed of axis movement controlled by the amount of microstick travel, ie. move the microstick a little = slow speed, move the microstick all the way = fast axis sliding.

I'm brand new at Target and have a Cougar.

Just map the microstick axis as a relative axis instead of absolute to prevent your view from being recentered every time you released the microstick.

This code is for the Cougar, but you can easily translate it to the Hog if that's what you are using.
