Raiders of the Lost Ark IS a fun movie, I still enjoy watching it more than 30 years after seeing it for the first time in the theater.
I'd have to say:
- Ben-Hur (1959 version) - Master & Commander - The Wind and the Lion - Serenity - Pulp Fiction - The Agony and the Ecstasy - A Bridge Too Far - Lawrence of Arabia - Farewell to the King - REALLY liked Nick Nolte in this one - The Lion in Winter (1968 version, although the 2003 version was very good. Still, O'Toole/Hepburn > Stewart/Close) - Becket - We Were Soldiers - Bindlestiffs - I laugh harder every time I see this movie! - I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell - ditto! - Breaker Morant

Not mentioned yet, but one I will stop surfing and watch every time: The Last of the Mohicans.
