Some ENB goodness, lightly tweaked icenhancer. Looks even nicer in motion, pretty nice for it's age. Running the LCPDFR police mod. Sorry about the big block of pictures, but I was being indecisive.

Nice screenshots. So, you only have the police mod, enb, icenhancer installed? Anything else?

Only other mod is the police cars and uniforms. My GTX670 card helps, everything is all the way up.

I adjusted ENB to give the cop car lights a bit more intensity and cone to get them to bloom a bit.
