Tom, I would suggest you hang on until the extended version flight manual is available for sale in print. Not only will it include a number of additional chapters, but I bet it will be cheaper and better than doing it on your own. You mean you want me to wait LONGER! Any idea when that will be available? I may print out some things anyway but if there is going to be a full blown printed manual then it will be worth it to wait.

i don't know if this is still accurate but Matt Wagner posted 11/19 on the ED Black Shark forum that the printed English manual will be available for purchase in January. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=33640Hi guys,
Glad to hear you're all enjoying the PDF manual. Just to be clear though, the printed Ka-50 flight manual we will release later will be 550 pages compared to around 400 pages of the PDF one you have now. The printed, extended flight manual has a lot more information on sub-systems, history and check lists. Additionally, the printed manual will be professionally spiral bound. We are still working with printers on the final cost so that is still up in the air. We expect to offer the English printed manual in January and the French, German and Spanish versions will follow.

Now, I will get the printed manual as well for the extra info, but doesn't anyone have a normal printer anymore these days? I printed the PMDG MD-11 manual on my Canon printer; automatic double-sided, four pages per A4(so one page is A5-size). Cost me 3 Euro in paper, 25 in ink and I got to large binders for 4 Euro each. I will also print the current DCS manual when I go back to the Netherlands - gives me something to read in the flight back to ShangHai, beginning of January.
