Brig, it doesnt look like you put an offset on it? When I first put an offset on it I kept wanting to pull back in the direction that the stick was facing so I got a bit of roll happening as well, doh.
It took a little bit of use for me to pull back straight but its much more ergonomic on the wrist with the offset, you may have it, just hard to tell from the pic.
