I have been messing about with WoW/OFF/Woff in its various incarnations for a lot of years and if I click on my profile and check out all my posts and I realise that a lot of questions I have about the game now have been asked by myself in the past (and answered). Anyway, I am just saying that maybe if anyone has a question and they are getting on a bit and do not remember as much as they used to, it might pay to go down that memory lane to look for answers.

I am Alois Schmidt in my current campaign and am doing the lot again including flight training as a German aviator. I can manage about 40 minutes or so a day I reckon.

Yes, there are all sorts of rich threads and sub-threads here on the WoFF forums with information galore, some from several years ago -- always worth checking them over (I do so myself on occasion, particularly regarding more obscure or technical topics ).

By the way, I recommend this (altered) link for popular first names -- from the 1890s -- since that would be more topical to the period in which most of those flyers were born.
