81 is a good run. Everyone knows “Das Boot” and I’m pretty sure the last film of his that I saw was “The Perfect Storm” in 2000.

Never saw Perfect Storm but I got good sleep watching Poseidon.

I saw Das Boot a bunch of times first in a theater and Perfect Storm too, funny I didn't realize Peterson made Prefect Storm.

Yeah that film was a big mis-step. There was zero reason to remake that movie.

Holey Moley! I worked in a Pancreatic Research Lab for a couple of years, and believe me, having pancreatic cancer is a horrible way to go.

STFU and show respect for those who have past! RIP Herr Peterson. I will raise a wee dram to you everytime I rewatch the Das Boot miniseries. frown
