My wife is permanently disabled from this disease and the word needs to get out so more research can be funded! Today is awareness day. If you have a few moments, learn more about the disease here:

For those unaware, ME/CFS and long COVID have many similarities. It has even been suggested that COVID may be yet another viral trigger for ME/CFS--as most cases of ME have been correlated with a viral infection.

What is ME/CFS?

Quote

What are ME/CFS & Long Covid?
Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), formerly known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), is a chronic, complex, neuroimmune disease that profoundly limits the health and productivity of patients and is often triggered by an infection. Long Covid describes a collection of lingering symptoms following COVID-19.

They are thought to be related as they both can follow infection and exhibit many of the same prevalent symptoms: crippling fatigue, post-exertional malaise and cognitive dysfunction. There is no cure for either, nor are there any FDA-approved drugs or treatment so there is a dire need for more research into these disorders.

These diseases need more attention.

My wife has MS. In the 26. year now.
Now in a nursing home.

There are research on how to treat these diseases.
They include stem cell treatment.
Sadly they are hindered for religious or political reasons.

I'm surprised this is going on in Norway. The US also had such restrictions on stem cell research but they were mostly all lifted during Obama's term in office.

You know what, Mr. Blastman. Those sympstoms are similar to what a friend of ours daughter has. They been in and out of hospitals and doctors and ER for over a year now and the doctors can't find what is causing her symptoms.

I will pass this information to him.

I hope your wife gets healthier so she can have a better quality of life.
