Is the Tempurature that high?

The screen shots in the article say Temp, is it that high deep in the ocean off of Hawaii?

That is ambient temperature.

At the bottom of the sea?

Are we sure that it not an internal equipment temperature in the readout?

Hawai'i is a volcanic hotspot. It's possible the wreckage is near enough to a thermal vent for the water to be that warm. Given the significant differences between the three pictures...116, 125, 138...that would be my guess.
