Something that might be a lot dumber..

Imagine the leader of a country that has just been devastated by a bad disease, with hundreds of thousands killed, said disease was quite possibly developed and released by another country.

Luckily, the targeted country was able to develop vaccines that are working towards herd immunity.

Now that leader want's to GIVE AWAY the vaccines patents, developed at huge expense, to the very rich suspect country.

Luckily, nobody is that dumb. No chance...how could anybody be that stupid?
