Seems like a straightforward enough directive. The consequencies / extra work involved in completely shutting down the aircraft then repowering it are fairly minimal.

Not a good idea to do it in flight though...might scare the Pax.

i know we have IT guys here, isnt panzermeyer one ? why does this happen ? in my work we also have to set off the network after the weekend so there isnt any "ghost data"in the network.

I hope they know not to turn it off while the aircraft is in flight.
