Oooh I don't think I want to watch this. nope I got scared and disturbed in a profound way as a kid seeing Poltergeist.

There's also really eerie videos that can be seen on Youtube with totally out of place sightings of folks dressed as clowns, be it peeking in windows or just showing up in the middle of no where on some road just waving.

To be honest the latter of which I said, that kind of stuff pisses me off in a big way. When its done the way these folks behind these sightings are doing it I perceive it as a threat. God help me I take a bat and beat the living shiit out of whomever it was before I allowed them and their darkly perverse behavior terrorize my loved ones or innocents. No sir.

Is there ANYTHING left in this world that was always fun for kids that hasn't been twisted or otherwise ruined by Whackos?

I'm grateful to have had a childhood when clowns were fun.
I feel sorry for kids today, adults have taken away childhood and replaced it with fear.
Sad.

Idiots. I suspect they won't think their "prank" is so damn funny if they ever pull that crap on somebody who draws a gun on them.

... I don't know, some of those look staged... When one the last time you started running and tripped on a smooth carpet floor. And that last one, can he run more slowly?

I've tripped over smooth carpeted and tiled floors so I'd believe it.

My thoughts to, good riddance to anyone who would dress up and do this crap. Would take great pride
in taking killer clowns down. Halloween is for kids, take this garbage else where.

When I read the title, I immediately thought "Clown".
Somewhat surprised I was right.

I remember being terrified by a clown, at a circus,
when I was three. I can remember that I understood it
was supposed to be fun, and funny, but it wasn't,
though I was trying to enjoy it. Mostly it was
strange unexpected events accompanied by very loud
noises, which never goes over very well with the very
young. I could see that there wasn't anything really
scary going on, by it made me cry anyway; that's how
life is at age three. One clown put a box over the other
one's head, and hit it with a giant mallet. There
was a huge bang, and he took the box off, and the other
clown's hair had become bright orange spikes sticking
straight out. I suppose it was supposed to mean he'd
caused his hair to stand on end, but they were standing
on a circus ring covered in sawdust the same color of orange,
and it seemed to me like the hair had turned into wooden
slivers, possibly sticking into his head. Oh well...

I don't understand how anyone could think clowns are funny. I've always considered them the spawns of Hell.

I've always found them uninteresting. Just blah. I've always thought "that's a grown man wearing stupid makeup". No amusement, no fear, nothing but contempt really.

that's exactly my first thoughts, with more people carrying you can bet your damn dollar I'm pulling and firing if I see those clowns in that store come at me...

Had to be staged...

Same here. I think I never saw a kind that would find clowns funny from the start, they always have to be introduced little by little to them until they like them or else, be prepared for crying and crying and crying.

I feel a bit bad for laughing at this.
Some of those looked really scared.

Their youtube channel is filled with this trash. Pranksters that find themselves getting
killed if they try it on someone who fears nothing, since they carry. Its all fun and games
till you try to scare the guy with a gun.

A large percentage of these YouTube prank videos are 100% staged, meaning the victims are acting. It's all about YouTube hits and subscribers to their channel, which equates to money. This particular video is one of them.

Re: They are going to have nightmares for the rest of their lives. - 10/27/15 06:45 PM

This doesn't look improvised at all- this looks staged.

Look at all the camera angles set around the scene which cleanly captures the people and the things you're supposed to see in the shot. When you look at surveillance camera film, the people are almost never framed that well, they're always looking like they stand at angles or they aren't framed at the center of the screen, and it never looks this clear. It's very difficult to have such clean looking, perfectly framed shots unless it is staged like that. Where are these cameras that are pre-positioned everywhere, and why don't the marks appear to see them? In some of these cases, they would be standing right next to them.

Then there's just all the other special effects editing, and basically the stock 'record light' graphics on the screen that just look like things you see on TV.

Re: They are going to have nightmares for the rest of their lives. - 10/28/15 11:43 AM

It has to be fake.

There are too many variables involved that would result in bad outcomes.

1. I can't imagine them doing this without someone calling the cops and arresting the lot of them. If they are doing this to complete strangers then there has to be some kind of menacing or assault charges that could be leveled against them. Even without it I can imagine the lawsuit these clowns (pun intended) would have to deal with.

2. I also can't imagine that these guys would try this knowing that there is a very good chance someone would come into the place armed. Nevada is a concealed carry state. That could turn tragic in real life real quickly.
