Installing BMS4.34 2x Q

I have Steam Falcon 4 and I downloaded BMS 4.34 installer

how do I install BMS ? do I need older versions ?

and how do I run it, using Steam link ?

Welcome to the wonderful world of BMS! The 4.34 installer is a full installer, meaning it doesn't require the F4 dance that 4.33 U1 thru U5 did. Just click and go. You need to keep the complete original Falcon 4 install on your system somewhere for copyright issues, but then you'll never actually need to run that software, except for nostalgic value. *grin*

When you run the installer, make sure to NOT install in the same directory as your Falcon 4 install from Steam. Put it in a new location. After installation, to run it simply go into the new directory and run the Launcher, or create a shortcut to your desktop. The Launcher will have options for configuring different aspects as well as to the PDF Documentation. I always suggest loading the documents onto an e-reader or iPad for quick access, but some folks like to have them printed and spiral bound (over 1300 pages not including additional aircraft, real-world manuals, airport charts, and checklists)

I need to set up my X55 Throttle+ Stick but there is no option for both ?

Ignore the controller selection, just click on intended key (goes blue) and press the HOTAS button you want to use, throttle or stick as you please.

I had to configure the advanced options to enable the throttle - that is all I can do for now, and it works OK

I have to fly a bit later on to see if all is working but install and setup seem to be very easy to do.

I seem to have set up the joystick/throttle OK and the sim is running smoothly






I was doing some sightseeing when a MiG-21 popped up,

sorry to be a bit lazy and not read the manual,

how can I select AIM-9/Gun and use padlock to track a target ?

Sweet looking pictures.
When bad ones pop up just press D to switch avionics to dogfight mode and follow up with TMS Up (or Left/Right) to activate radar if you want that active.
No idea on padlock since I'm a TIR5 user.
