I've been able to play LB2 without any other tweaks/modifications. once I got the dgVoodoo, it fired up the first time; although I haven't done extensive testing (just instant action)

2nd Configuration I succesfully tested the game:

None of these routers allowed successful hosting either in port forwarding or DMZ mode.
