It seems they confused the Israel built IAI Dagger (Modified Mirage 5), in service with the Fuerza Aérea Argentina, with the F-102 Delta Dagger

Didn't they mean:
"The Avro Vulcan was a high-range low-level heavy bomber"

instead?

Even because the Vulcan certainly wasn't a low (short to ne more correct) range aircraft! NO heavy bomber is, for that matter...

Well unless it was a B-52 which used to fly the low level penetration mission profile.

And the MB339 they illustrate is in fact an MB326H ... a very different aeroplane !
