SD 110A-0300-1G - Conventional Weapons Employment Manual - 12/03/07 08:22 PM

The Sea Harrier Tactical Manual makes reference to an AP 3456H - Aircraft Weapons Employment and SD 110A-0300-1G - Conventional Weapons Employment Manual. I already have the first of the two: Flying, Volume H but am unfamiliar with the second. Is it applicable to employment of surface weapons only?

Sorry, I have no idea. But, what makes you think it's about employment of surface weapons only?

AP 3456H - Aircraft Weapons Employment and SD 110A-0300-1G - Conventional Weapons Employment Manual.

The AP3456 series manuals are standard RAF manuals.

The "SD 110A-0300-1G - Conventional Weapons Employment Manual" is effectively an Air Ground manual similar in concept to the US Joint munitions Effectivness manual "JMEMS" this being the standard document used in planning for weapons target matching.

SD stands for Secret Document. This document, SD 110A-0300-1G - Conventional Weapons Employment Manual, was written by me in 1984 and is the UK equivalent of the Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM).

Given its classification I can tell you no more!
