MOD folder placement

I want to use ChiefWH's great looking Map Mod. For some reason I cannot get it to work though. I am using JSGME (tried placing this program in various locations. Does it matter where JSGME is installed ? I've installed it on its own on my main D drive, I've place it directly in the OBDWW2 Wings Over The Reich folder. I place the MOD folder here as well.

No JGSME.exe and its .ini file should be in WOTR root. e.g. C:\OBDSoftware\WOTR\ (unless you changed it during install)

Under WOTR you then make a MODS folder and unzip any mods into there. Then when you run JSGME it will find them.

I am pretty sure JSGME on Mike's Mod page has a read me that explains this stuff.

I downloaded JSGME from Mike's link, maybe I was using an incompatible version ?
