Also some quick important tips:
1) Install the latest patch - this will make sure you have the latest features and fixes. Some are important for gameplay too!
2) To get more accurate headings to the enemy use the RDF (Range and Direction Finding) by calling the Control Tower for a Vector to the enemy, then change your heading accordingly. Also you should do this often to get updated info, sometimes the enemy may change course!
The keyboard key combination to do this is Ctrl+Shift+V (you can check and change this in the key binding too, via Workshop if necessary). You will need to be the leader to do this, so well worth playing as leader. You do this by creating a pilot with high rank, or to use a lower rank or current pilot and force it, you can change the Workshops setting "Player Flight Position" and set to "Always Lead". This is found in Workshops, then click "More" button on the bottom right hand edge of Workshop menu.
