Actually, you will still get some cloud popping with this mod installed. How much is dependent on settings, machine specs, etc., but whatever you have, this will reduce the cloud popping, possibly significantly. It will not fix blinking / flashing clouds.

Suggested cloud settings in WOFF workshop: Cloud Quality 1, Cloud Density 1,Cloud Shadow Scale 5. Feel free to experiment, of course

I've reduced the cloud count which helps reduce popping further and also provides a general performance boost.
