No and no.
Campaigns would be impossible with the current engine but it’s dynamic/generated anyway.
Missions? Not that I’m aware of but it might be possible. The campaign is such a show stealer I’m not aware of anyone playing missions except to test things.

au contraire! back in 2016 Oldhat made a single mission building tutorial, as well as several missions.
