WOFF UE TM Throttle and Rudder problems - 01/21/17 03:42 AM

For my TM rudder, it detects my X&Y toes, but won't bind the Z axis for left and right motion.

Any ideas?

I have a TM throttle.

these things almost always get sorted in short order.....there are some good tips on binding in the FAQ but just in case....unbind whatever is set on the Z axis, then bind the Z axis to your throttle, run it up and down to see it's working, then save before you exit. I think by default the X is set to ailerons, Y to elevators, Rz to rudder, and the Z to throttle. Beam in if you fix your issue....good luck

Thanks, Ill keep plugging away. The problem is that the Warthog throttle keeps binding to Rz. I've been playing with the TARGET software to try to change the axis but I'm kind of new to the TARGET thing so I'm not sure I am doing it right.

Pwnisher, I had similar issue. The way I resolved it is by assigning rudder to throttle axis on the rudder setup. I know, makes no sense but works for me. Don't touch the TARGET software, or reset if you've already mucked around with it. Good luck.

I got it! Thanks to everyone for the feedback, and thanks Fullofit for the picture. I had to bind it like that too!

What the problem was, the default deadzones for the rudder prevented it from going to zero, so WOFFKeys couldn't catch the rudder on zero. SO I had to download T.RJ12 USB ADAPTER_Calibration Tool (V1.05) from Thrustmaster to remove the deadzones so it reached zero. then WOFF saw it!

I put back the deadzones and it still works!!!

Now I can finally start playing! I tried ROF but the AI just flew in circles, I heard such good things about WOFF AI so I can't wait tot try to try it out! Thanks again! cheers
