pilot promotion

Hallo all,

I have a short question:
Is there a possibility to change the score / time for pilot promotions? I ask, because I have started my campaign in 10.1916 with lowest rank (Gefreiter). And now, May 1917, only 8 months later I'm first lieutenant (Oberleutnant), the highest rank in my Jasta (14 confirmed claims with setting "normal claim"). I have no historical data, but IMHO the speed of promotions is (much) too high.

I am sure a while back people said it was too hard to get promoted, so we added easy and easiest settings. Maybe they just think you have done a marvellous job on missions?

I rarely get promoted, but I do die a lot.

I once got promoted for refusing to take off, so maybe they were trying to get rid of me?

Haha Bletchley that's how it goes for many I think. Becker01, maybe it's because you are the only one alive for more than a couple of weeks so they have to promote someone still standing.

for refusing to take off you have normally a court martial and not a promotion ! (that would be a nice point for the next expansion, @Pol).

@Pol,
maybe you can tell me, which settings of the workshop has influence on the promotion-speed or -in other words- which settings/ data can I change for it (except for "claim normal")??
Thank you for the compliment to my pilot : but IMHO I was careful and have had good luck simply.

If you have BH&H II you can set claims and promotions separately in workshop, however you can not make it harder to get promoted, only easier.
