What Are These AI Workshop Settings Please?

I understand most all of the settings but am not 100% sure about these AI settings:
AI Enhanced Skills Level
AI Damage Affects Skill
What do they do if "ON" is chosen?

As for AI reduced Vision, I assume that having this on will make it more difficult for them to see the enemy. Is this correct (the ol' if you assume rule here)?

enhanced skills - off
reduced vision - on
damage affects skill - on
