Is there a list somewhere identifying the pilot pictures from the game?

If you mean the ones you can select when creating a pilot, short answer is no list was made, of course someone with time on their hands may have since made one out there..

Yes, it was the RFC pilot photos that held my interest. I hope someone actually tracked them down.
I was specifically curious about RFC Pilot6 pictured below. He bears some resemblance to E J Y Grevelink of 54 Squadron but it's tough to know
