smoke puffs when target hit

What patch or upgrade was it that the little smoke puffs when you were hitting your enemy plane with rounds went away? I'm sure it's more accurate that no such puffs happened. Just curious when it specifically got taken out of the sim.

You still get little puffs of smoke, but only if you hit something vital like the engine. You don't get them if you are just punching canvas.

Ahh. My aim must be way off these days. Been spending too much time playing D&D. LOL
