I have all the DLC except this one and I'm patched up to current patches. If I get Motley Crew do I need to patch anything after I install it?
It has its own patches as do all the add-ons.

I would say no it is not, and probably intentionally so, to avoid confusion. This is just a guess though.
To confirm go to the Workshop and look at your add-ons listed on the lower left.
Pretty sure they show the patch level of the add-on.

All Addons have their OWN patch. Install addon, Install patch. Aplies to ALL
WOFF1, WOFF2, Addons 1,2,3 all have their own patch, and all should be applied.
We usually don't update the original exe, just get the patch run it (it checks the version you have installed anyway before installing).
