World War I Book & Map recommendations! - 12/24/14 04:44 PM

Hi everyone,

I was wondering what set of books per se might address this aerial war in proper order
while discussing the planes involved and areas of combat.

Also, I wanted to know what, if any, maps are available to purchase in a book format
or what have you that covered this area during the years of the war.

Any recommendations/suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Stefnuts

P.S. Mods you might want to stick this!

Any recommendations for a good military aviation map book/atlas regarding this war?

Steppfnuts, Being an " extraordinaire, humble man, Lou failed to mention his wonderful maps you can download from the WOFF site. If you fly "hardcore" which I would suggest you try once you get the feel of WOFF, they are invaluable. I use them whenever I fly.

P.S. My name is Stefnuts man. It's a combo of Stefo, my name in Greek, and nuts as in "fun".

Stefnuts

Go to official WOFF site and select "User Mods" button. There are a lot of mods there and RAF_Louvert's great maps which I keep up on my second monitor while flying.
