Honestly this was the coolest thing they announced in the live stream this past Friday. It may be the sole reason that CIG stays in business with the tech that they demonstrated for this one. 
Seriously though if you saw that it was an amazing piece of software that they are able to do that with what was tagged as a simple webcam. I hope they license it out to other companies because it appeared to do the same thing as FacetrackNoIR and if it was built into a game from the ground up it would completely eliminate the need for a TrackIR in flight sims and other games like Arma 3.
